These are just a few of the memories in Oceanside Park. I remember the days when we would come here to play tennis together long before children. I remember the days when we would come here with Ryan, and play on the swings. It was remarkable to watch how Ryan would grow each year.
The planting of this tree in Oceanside Park today represents how you will continue to grow, and how your life will be sustained. Over the years, we will come to visist this tree and always remember you. Each year, you will be able to see how the children have grown. And when we come to play in the park, you will be a part of the bright colored leaves around us.
